Main Street Speedway robbed at gunpoint over weekend

A Speedway in Nicholasville was robbed at gunpoint during this past weekend.
Police are looking for the suspect who robbed the Speedway gas station located on 415 N. Main St. around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The suspect has been described as a white male between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build.
Nicholasville Police Officer Kevin Grimes said the man walked into the gas station with a handgun. He was wearing a black hoodie with a red bandana across his face.
There is currently no lead, Grimes said.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Nicholasville Police Department.
